Bathing and Grooming Reservations

Please complete the form below to begin the reservation process. Once you click the “Submit” button, your information will be emailed to us, and you will receive an email as well. Then please fax your shot records over, or have your vet fax them to (805) 715-0507. We will then review your application and call you back to confirm your reservation.

    Please note that your dog will need to be here a minimum of 3 hours.
  • I need to get a general idea of how long it will take me. I will always assess the time/price when I meet the dog in person.
  • All of our shampoos/conditioners are hypoallergenic.
  • Has your dog ever bitten a human or another dog?
  • eg: blow dryer, other dogs barking?
  • This is helpful so I will know if I need to use a lighter setting on the hose.
  • It can be stressful for the first time and it's nice to know if I should go extra slow for these dogs.
  • We will need current shot records on file for DHPP and rabies before before we can schedule a grooming appointment.

    Thank you for your application. Before we can make an appointment, we need your up to date shot records. Please send your records via fax to (805) 715-0507. Once we receive this information we will review your application and shot records, then call to confirm your appointment. Thank you!
